1. Authorized Use Only
RTLM is a platform for offensive security professionals. By using this service, you agree to use it exclusively for authorized penetration testing, red team engagements, and educational purposes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper written authorization before discussing, planning, or executing any security testing activities using this platform. Unauthorized access to computer systems is illegal under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
2. Limitation of Liability
The operator of RTLM is not responsible for how users apply the information, techniques, or outputs provided by the platform. Any misuse of the platform -- including but not limited to unauthorized access, data exfiltration, or disruption of systems you do not have explicit permission to test -- is entirely your responsibility.
This service is provided "as-is" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
3. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes accounts suspected of engaging in unauthorized or illegal activity.
4. Early Access
RTLM is currently in early access. Features, capabilities, and service availability may change at any time without notice. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
5. Future Changes
Service features, access tiers, and pricing structures may be introduced or modified in the future. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes, but continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
6. Third-Party Services
RTLM integrates with third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI). When you send prompts to these providers through our platform, your data is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable federal and state law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the operator resides.
